Really, probably the only down side, is the game may become too easy for you even on veteran or what not. You'll be takin' down those big mechs like nothing with this set up. But either way, they'll be dead or almost dead because of the 300% ( Here's what I wrote the other day in a similar topic: Seriously, you HAVE to go with Stasis if your an Infiltrator.
